Lisa - Office Manager
Lisa started with Weed Man in 2016, coming up on her eighth season with the company. Quickly working her way up to the Office Manager position, she has many responsibilities. From helping manage our customer service representatives and our service technicians, Lisa also helps basic customer needs, scheduling and marketing. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her husband, children and dogs.
Rob - Lead Technical Manager
Rob began his career with Weed Man in 2017, having 25 plus years in this industry to help his position as Lead Technical Manager. He helps motivate, manage and teach all our technicians. In addition to being such a positive asset to our business, Rob enjoys educating our customers on what is best for their lawn. Outside of his technician work, Rob enjoys teaching Sunday school and spending time with family.
Michael - Sales Consultant
Michael has 7 years experience in the industry. He came over to Weed Man in 2019 as a technician and quickly moved to Sales in 2021. Michael's role is to help guide the customer's through the sales process, and develop a plan to get their lawn healthy and looking its best. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, and is an active member at his church.
Derek - Senior Technician Supervisor
Derek started with Weed Man in 2021 as a technician, his role was to maintain customers' lawns. Derek got promoted to his current position of Senior Technician, where he now manages the technician team and assists in training any new technicians and diagnosing turf conditions. Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children.
Christine - Sales Consultant
Christine has many years in the Sales industry, in 2022 Christine made the career move to come to Weed Man. She helps give customers the right information needed to move forward with the sales process and what is best for their lawn. Outside of work, Christine loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
Gianna - Customer Service Representative
Gianna recently started with Weed Man Lawn Care, helping guide customers in the right direction.
